Accommodations

Ghent offers a wide range of accommodations, from budget to high-end options. Although there are not many hotels or Airbnb properties situated around the Dunant campus (see map below, exact address: Henri Dunantlaan, 2, 9000, Ghent), the campus is easily accessible due to its proximity to public transportation (bus and tram) and it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Staying in the city center would also be convenient, as all the social events will be located there.

We could not pre-book rooms for the conference due to the holiday period in Belgium. Therefore, we recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. For finding a hotel or a place to stay, we suggest consulting search portals like https://booking.com or https://www.airbnb.com/.
