Membership
Non-members should consider joining the society before registering for the conference. Membership is inexpensive and among the many benefits, members receive discounts on the meeting registration.
Membership should be applied for here before the conference registration.
Two-year ESCAN membership fee:
- Student: €10
- Regular: €60
Please check when your membership ends. The membership fee applied to the period starting with the ESCAN 2022 conference ends prior to the ESCAN 2024 meeting.

Conference Fees
Conference fees include attendance to the conference, the tutorials, the coffee breaks, the lunch breaks and the welcome reception!

Early fees apply up to April 12th, 2024.
No submission fees will be charged.
You will receive an automatic receipt once the payment is made on the registered email address. No specific invoices can be requested after May 2nd.
From May 7th onwards, no refunds will be possible. Until that date, a 50% refund is available depending on the reason (e.g., visa refusal).
The gala dinner is not included in the conference fees and requires separate enrolment. You will be able to indicate this during your conference registration.
